Company was founded on September 7, 2000 as a joint-stock company ZLH, a.s. On January 15, 2008 company name was changed to ZLH Plus, a.s. Main production program of the company are castings made from grey and ductile iron and steel for railway industry and for gearboxes and agricultural machines such as tractors.
ZLH Plus, a.s. is a part of Optifin Invest group, which is comprised of several significant Slovak companies, such as Tatravagónka a.s. Poprad, TREVA s.r.o. Prakovce, ZTS Sabinov a.s., WEP Trading a.s. Sabinova, PL Profy s.r.o. Orlov.

INVESTMENTS REALIZED OVER THE COURSE OF  2005 - 2016

MELTING:
- Medium-frequency induction furnaces 2x2500 kg
- Modernisation of cooling systems of induction PIKS forehearth of cupola furnaces
- New „dry“ filter for filtering dust particles from cupola furnaces
- Long campaign cold blast cupola furnances

MOULDING:
- Semi-automatic pouring machine of AFL
- Turbine mixer with cooler for mixing moulding sand for automatic moulding line (AFL)
- Reconstruction of hydraulic system of automatic moulding line (AFL)
- Addition of one pair of moulding machines to machine moulding:
  RETOMAT30 / FOROMAT30 and one pair of FOROMAT40 / FOROMAT40
- Technology equipment for production of moulds based on self-setting moulding mixes
- New moulding machine in the automatic moulding line (AFL)

CORE SHOP:
- 4 COLD-BOX core-shooting machines for production of cores
- Continuous mixer for production of Alphaset cores

CLEANING:
 - Shotblasting overhead hanger machine 
 - Painting-shop line
 - Old „wet“ dust filter were replaced by „dry“ filters

LABORATORY
 - Spectrometer
